Spolion POA is a mild anionic surfactant which can be used as a primary or secondary surfactant, mild cleansing agent, hydrotrope and outstanding wetting agent in the formulations of low irritation shampoos, hand soaps, baby shampoos, bubble baths, skin creams and lotions and all “sulfate-free” formulations.
